Congratulations to the 2012 National Champions!
After a fierce round of competition at last weekend’s National Championship hosted by Skim City, USF came out on top once again. The team’s outstanding performance at the Fall Formal combined with their showing at this event helped them take home the National Title, despite the huge level of skill shown by FAU and UM.
Congrats again to all!

The NCSA Grows: UNCW and Chapman University

Welcome New NCSA Staff!
Hello again!
The NCSA Staff has grown since we last spoke, and we’re super excited to introduce the new members of the team:
Will Chan:
Hailing from central florida, Will shreds. He’s by far the best staff skimboarder, and also a really nice guy. He’s got a ton of experience in the skim community running events, and we’re really excited about him taking on the role of Assistant Regional Director for the North.
Siobhan Waldron:
Repping the same hometown as Dewey, Jesse and David, Siobhan feels right at home both geographically and ginger-ly. She also is a ridiculous photographer and will be teaming up with Behar at events to capture all the beautiful shredding. She will be heading up the operations back in her home town and helping Dewey to run the Fall Classic on November 13th.
Aaron Kaplan:
As the nerd of the group, Aaron will be tackling the scariest thing I’ve ever seen: corporate accounting. On the real Aaron’s one of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet and we’re really excited to have all three of these guys on the team. With the addition of our three new staff members, we’re really gonna be better than we’ve ever been.
As the organization continues to grow, the new team members will help us accomplish more, and do it better, than we ever have before. Couldn’t be more stoked to have them on board!
Gator Skim Club gets free boards!
The Gator Skim Club appears to be stepping it up this year with their new addition of custom Zap skimboards. Better bring your A-game.
