BY CLICKING “AGREE” YOU ARE SIGNING A LEGALLY BINDING LIABILITY RELEASE SAYING YOU HAVE READ AND AGREE TO THE TERMS BELOW:
Hold Harmless Release: This release bars your rights to recover damages in the case of an accident injuring you. READ BEFORE SIGNING! In applying to the National Collegiate Skim-Off, I promise to inspect the contest site, and assure myself that the area is safe for skimming and further agree that I will not skim in the contest unless I am satisfied that the area and conditions are safe for skimming purposes. In exchange for the National Collegiate Skimboarding Association accepting my entry form, I voluntarily agree to assume all risks incident to the sport of skimming. With full knowledge, comprehension, and understanding of these responsibilities, I voluntarily accept and assume all risks involved in the sport of competitive skimboarding. I will further comply with all contest rules and regulations, and do agree to note existing weather conditions related to use of the contest site by myself and others. In consideration of your acceptance of my entry, I intend to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, school, and all other personal entities, hold harmless and release and forever discharge the town of Vilano Beach, the county of St. Johns, and the State of Florida, and any and all sponsors listed and unlisted, their members, agents, and any officials connected with this competition, from all liabilities for injuries and damages whatsoever, arising from my presence and/or participation in the above described event and do hereby grant all the sponsors both named and unnamed such releases as described.
Payment can be cash on the day of the event, or online via Paypal. If you choose to pay online, we will email you an invoice soon.
I have moved the form over here for a short time. I have tested the form over and over…it works again. Basically when updating the NCSA form software something happened that it would just cancel when you submited…so I had to move it. The form is on Skim Invasion but all the information is still being forwared to Jesse.
